Hi there,
i start taking 1 pill of Centrum every morning about 1 and half week ago since then I have difficulty to fall asleep , my mind always thinks about something . I sleep 4-5 hours per night on average.
Can Centrum cause that? How can I treat it

I had never thought about the vitamin thing? I to have trouble sleeping and take centrum, it would be interesting to get a n answer to this one. In the mean time I think I will stop taking the centrum and see if it makes a difference
And that's no loss -- Centrum is a poorly absorbed vitamin anyway. The above is good advice -- only way to tell is to stop taking it and see if the problem goes away, but i would choose a better company. Get thee to a health food store.
