Could craving for smell of comet be related to plasma donation

I began donating plasma twice a week in October '09 and have noticed for the last 2-3 weeks that I crave the smell of comet and feel like I could actually try to taste it.  I have never had a craving like this before and the only thing I think it may be related to is some deficiency in either vitamin or mineral that my body may be experiencing due to the frequent plasma donations.  I was wondering what type of deficiency, if any, may cause a "craving" for comet clenser? What kind of mineral or vitamin could I be deficient in that may explain this? I know I am not pregnant so any weird pregnancy craving isn't the answer. Very strange.

One thing you should know if you are donating blood on a regular basis is to eat well ( very well and i mean it and that means good nutriments, vitamins minerals intake and get all the amino acids you need ) and think about buying vitamins and minerals supplements. With today's processed food it's hard to maintain a healthy proteins/vitamins/minerals balance so if i were you i would consider buying a good vitamin C ( 1,000mg with calcium ), a vitamin B complex + a normal multi vitamins/minerals complex like Centrum. Also consider Green+ or SuperFoodRX to help.

Vitamins deficiency can cause a lot of symptoms including cognitive, psychological and physiological symptoms. Vitamins B deficiency is most likely to be causing your psychological symptoms.
