Daily Calorie Intake Needs

Daily Calorie Intake Needs

For quite some time I've consumed 1200 calories a day, however, this past week I've increase by 50 calories, totaling to 1250 calories a day. I work out everyday, but I am going to increase my efforts to a 30 min. jog (in place), 10 min. of ab targeting, 5 min. of leg target one day and butt targeting the next (alternating between the two), and 5 min. of weights. I feel like the calories I'm consuming won't be nearly enough for me to attain health wellness. I've lost quite a bit of weight over the past year and the road has been rocky. I've struggled with bulimia and anorexia. I'm trying to get my life on track, so I need your help to determine how many calories I should eat daily and maybe a diet plan or a place I could find sample diet plans? Thank you for your time, I hope to hear back soon!

From your measurements, your weight is just above the 50th percentile and your height is on the 50th percentile which indicates you are a normal weight/height for your age. The recommended calories for your age is from 1300-2000 per day due to growing spurt. Suggest not falling below the 1200 calories per day. Recommend using Weight Watchers, not to lose weight, but to eat a healthy way of life. Thank you for your question.
