Diet for High liver enzymes

Came down with symptoms of West Nile Virus-fever Severe joint pain , loss of appetite, tired,-was bit by mosquito so tested last thursday dr has no results yet..had routine blood work done a month ago everything normal..this time very high enzmes in liver-gamma globin was ok though -so until I get results on west nile I want to know the right food to eat as to not put stress on my liver-thank You.

While according to homeopathic medicince raw beet juice is suppose to have very beneficial effects on the liver. It would need to be freshly juiced at home or at a jucie bar.  Be warned though beet jucie may turn your urine and possibly your stool a redish color, this is not blood but the dye in the juice itself.
