I eat 2 meals a day, for breakfast I eat cereal with 2% milkBreast milk Breast milk jaundice Lactose intolerance Nipple discharge - abnormal in a small bowl, for lunch/dinner I eat either a sandwich with dark bread and turkey, or a big salad with tuna. For dinner I have 1 apple. That is all I eat for the day I can't loose 1 pound, do you think I am not eating enough or what is the deal?
I have been trying to drink more water, but water intake is for small, maybe about 3 glasses a day. Sometimes I do have a few cheese its, but I try and count about 20 out.
If what you listed is actually what you eat, then you are not eating a balancedBalanced b-100 Balanced b-100 high potency caplets Balanced b-100 time released high potency caplets Balanced b-50 Balanced diet diet, nor is it a healthy one. Your caloric intake is telling your body it is starving. Your vitamin and mineral intake is absent, and you are not drinking enough fluids to maintain body function. In this instance your body is telling itself to maintain body fat. You will not lose weight on this diet. If you want to lose weight, you will have to feed the body food, and nutrients. If you have a community hospital, it should have free classes to help you figure out proper nutrition based on the foods you like to eat. If you have health insurance it will pay for you to see a professional that will help you plan a nutritional diet/exercise program that will allow you to lose weight and stay healthy. If you can afford it, I suggest you go to Weight Watchers. They have a good track record for people to lose weight and keep it off. They offer a variety of plans to lose weight in a healthy manner. The site listed above is full of fad diets, which will not allow you to lose weight and get healthy at the same time. There really isn't anything better than a healthy low calorie diet and exercise program to lose weight and stay healthy.
I completely agree with the previous post. Our bodies are programmed to store fat in times of famine. Your body thinks there is a famine and a drought.
1. Drink at least 64 oz. plain water a day. NO juice, coffee, or soda pop.
2. Eat more healthy food, and more often. Fresh veggies and fruits are good for you, high in nutrients, and low-fat. Low-fat cutsCuts and puncture wounds of meat like skinless chicken and fish are also very good for you. You need more protein.
Breakfast could be a couple slices of cheese, and an apple.
Lunch could be that turkey sandwich on brown bread.
Dinner could be half a chicken breast with rice, and a vegetableVegetable laxative.
Have healthy snacks like low-fat yogurt, carrot sticks, or dried fruit.
You need to eat 1500-2000 calories a day. Just be active enough to burn more than you eat. Water carries fat cells out of your body, and makes your whole system run more smoothly.
It is surprising that you aren't sick. Do you get dizzy?
