Diet pills?.. Simple Diets??.. anyone?!?

Okay,
I'm a new Mom, I hate the way my body looks now.
I need an easy to follow diet. I never eat at the same times everyday, I don't know if that even helps!  I seem to just eat little microwave snacks throughout the day (and I know thats the problem why i'm not losing weight) but I need some recipes or a website with easy to cook meals, that will help me lose weight!

and if anyone knows of a diet pill that works for real please let me know, I tried ephedrine and it works but it's horrible on my nearvous system, and heart and I dont want to take any chances with that.

I recommend you start a workout program and stop eating things that go in the microwave unless it is to re- heat a healthy HOME cooked meal. Find what you like that is not in a box, package except rice and natural peanut/ almond butter.  And divide those up into 6 small meals. Eat protein at every meal. Cut out fruit after 3rd meal, cut out carbs ( potato, rice) after 4th meal and add in fiberous carbs (salad, brocolli).

I hope this helps and one last thing you haveto let your body also heal properly since you are a new mom.
