I read somewhere that after you ingest coffee, the coffee stays in
your system for 8 hours. If you have trouble sleeping, try and drink
coffee in the morning. So let's say you drink the coffee with milk and
sugar at 2:00 in the afternoon, the coffee will still be in your system
by 10:00 at night. I'm very sensitive to caffeine, so I try not to have
