Easy tricks on weight loss?

Is there any weight loss tricks out there that can be used?

My diet is really working because I had lose 10 lbs in a week. I don't do exercise. I eat few breakfast and few lunch but I don't eat dinner. Cause dinner is the best meal in life so it should be avoided. Drink is only water. It may not be unhealthy or healthy. It depends on you.


In the morning I eat only low fat oatmeal or small beagle with cream cheese.

In the lunch I eat 1 small fish and 5 small piece of sweet potatoes.

If you get Hungary to to avoid going to kitchen and try to watch videos or movies that can make your hunger relife try to make yourself tired so during sleep you don't have to think about hungry

1 .Alkaline, low carb diet. No junk foods, no sodas, no sweets, no fast food.
2. Drink plenty spring water 1 hour away from eating.
3. Coconut oil increases metabolism- Use only as a replacement for other fats.
4. Increase activity level, do some weight training (muscle burns a lot more calories than fat-don't worry, females do not "bulk" up easy,lol!), walk everywhere if possible, take the stairs instead of elevators.
5. Visualize your ideal body as often as you can!
If your thoughts and imagination get flooded  with "ideal weight", "healthy looks", "bikini babe","knock- out drop- dead gorgeous" images, instead of "loosing weight","I'm fat and I need to...," I'm not attractive"," I don't fit in my jeans" and so on, half the battle is won!

Negative affirmations, like "I don't want to be fat", leave negative impressions in the subconscious mind, as  the "don't" part does not register and you're left with the "I want to be fat"!  Stay on the positive!

Learning how to meditate, or listening to meditation/hypnosis tapes,
may help accelerate the process and get faster results, but please remember one thing: Easy does it!
Set realistic, achievable goals, that can be sustained.
