Eating Peanuts

Eating Peanuts

I have heard that eating peanuts is unhealthy for men (unmarried) aged from 18 - 35.  Is this a myth, misconception or there is some truth to this?

Thanks

Nuts are good for you if eaten in moderation. They contain natural fat so you should not eat large amounts. Eating different nuts (7-10 nuts) in salads, cook in food, or as a snack gives your body omega-3 fatty acids (good fat), and antioxidants - vitamin E.
