Effectiveness of Hydroxycut.

Hi,

I am a 20-year old college student who is looking to work off some of the excess weight gained since beginning school. My current weight is about 160, but my healthy weight should be around 135 lbs. I would like to get down to this weight by September 1. I have now begun exercising for an hour and a half 3 times per week. I have been trying to eat sensibly, but I also want to speed up my results.

I am considering stepping up the exercise to 4-5 times per week, and increasing my intake of fruits, vegetables and protein while restricting my caloric intake to about 1500 per day. I have been thinking about the possibility of a weight loss supplement to enhance my results. I have researched the ingredients in Hydroxycut. Most people seem to say the main problem was jitteriness due to caffeine -- but I have always been a coffee drinker so I don't think I would be sensitive to that! I tend to drink 4-5 cups of strong black coffee per day, though of course taking such a supplement I would switch to drinking green tea instead.

Does anyone know whether Hydroxycut is an effective supplement? Again, I am not looking for a miracule cure but just a supplement that will help me go the literal extra mile in weight loss.

I am not going to recommend any weight loss supplement due to the medical risk factors. You are young and you can lose weight or tone up muscle which you seemed to be doing. Women, as a rule, do not "bulk" up muscle like men do; however, you will increase lean body muscle mass as you tone up the body’s muscles. When you start exercising, measuring your waist is a better indicator of weight loss then the weight scale. Exercising tones up our muscles (muscle is heavier then fat) so you may not see weight loss, however, your waistline is decreasing. Maintain an intake of 1500 calories per day. Best of luck.

I tried Hydroxycut. If you drink that much caffeine now, I really reccommend you either don't drink any extra caffeine while on Hydroxycut, or you don't take the pill at all. The combination is scary. I didn't notice any change in weight or body while on it. But it did make me extremely irritable and moody. I sometimes changed moods so fast, it even scared me. It sounds like you have a great diet and exercise plan already. I would stick with that to get the best results.

Hope this helps!
