Energy Deficiency...

I've recently come to realize that throughout my life, I tend to be very lethargic and unmotivated when it comes to things like work and exercise, even when I tell myself I need to do these things. It even affects my performance in those areas, work especially. My suspicions are that for some reason, I may be lacking in some vitamin, even though I do take multivitamins every day. I come here to ask for your advice about how I can regain some energy and therefore get motivated to do the things that are important to me. Are there any vitamins, pills, or diet routines that can help me keep going throughout the day? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I personnaly take vitamins and supplements. I sleep well, exercise and work long and hard. I am 54 and in very good shape. I am always looking for alternative sources which could be added to my daily regimen. I have found a new product a health and energy beverage produced by Fruta Vida International made from the acai berry, cupuacu fruit and yerba mate. It will increase your energy level and heightened mental awareness. The product is guaranteed by the company and sells for $39.95 +S&H 7.50. This may be what you are looking for. To order go to website www.frutavida.com4u/joethemailman review the information on the product order abottle and let me know how your energy level has increased all naturally. Yes, possibly you are needing a quality multivitamin/mineral, but have you been checked for low metabolism of your thyroid and other possible health concerns by a physician?
CoQ 10 is another product that could help the mitochondria of your cell reenergize. For more info, please email me at suesana@rea-alp.com
Thanks.

The bodies overproduction of yeast due to a high carbohydrate diet including sugar will tap the body's energy. Take acidopholous to kill off the yeast. Eat more protien and oxegynate the blood thru exercise. You'll feel better.

The vitamin B family consists of 15 different B vitamins. B Vitamins help us use energy. Its like putting a sandwich up against your forehead. Not going to do you any good is it? All B vitamins are all required for different stages of the process whereby energy is released from the food we eat every day. Read more about all 15 B vitamins here @ Vitamin B Family
