Finger Nail Deformaties

Finger Nail Deformaties

What does the body lack that causes fingernails to have grooves/lines either verticle or horazontal on them ?
Also paper-thin nails that tend to peel off in layers ?
I know this indicates the body is lacking some mineral - but which one ?  I take several already but my nails get worse.

Changes in finger and toe nails may be indicators of health problems.  Verticla ridges that are not prominant are not an indicator of poor health. Horizonal ridges or discolorations that cross the nail are indicators of several health problems that need medical care.  You should see your health care provider and get yourself evaluated. Get some blood and urine workups done. This will give you peace of mind if nothing else.  Good luck
