This can be indicative of a zinc deficiency.  Might want to get a nutrient work-up.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there,
In psoriasis there may be red scale like patches on skin and can affect the nails causing dents in them. Any trauma to the nail bed can also lead to dents. Heredity conditions are other conditions leading to dents. Alopecia areata, eczema and reactive arthritis are few other conditions which may cause the appearance of dents in nails. For exact cause seeking the opinion of a dermatologist will be helpful.
Best wishes and regards!
