Fish Oil side affects?

Fish Oil side affects?

I just started taking fish oil supplements since I rarely eat fish.  About 1mg 2-3 per week (not much).

One day I took 2 pills at the same time (1 mg each)and had the following side affect after about 30 minutes.  A pain on the middle side of my head that came for a few seconds then went away.  This happened several times.  Also, at one when I had the pain I had a visual affect of everything getting bright for a few seconds.

COuld this be from the fish oil?  I never took 2 mg at the same time.
Thank you.

Hi- I am not sure but if you can't tolerate fish oil, you can still get omega-3 from Flax seed oil.
Mixing Flax seed, Pumpkin seed and Help seed oil will give you a good balance of Omega 3, 6 and 9.
