Headaches, nausea, weight gain, skin

I am hoping someone on here can help me as I am having multiple symptoms and becoming very concerned for my health. I am wondering if I am lacking some sort of vitamin or have some sort of thyroid disorder or something along that lines. So here we go. When I was 15 I developed a large oval-like red spot on my ankle that has changed shape over time. I recently had it confirmed by a dermatologist that it was not fungle, but steroid treatments have not made it go away. Last year, another red spot (same as the last developed on my stomach) and now another on my right shin. None of them have responded to the steroid treatment. I have gained a massive amount of weight in two years - 60 pounds. And more regularly am experiencing headaches, dizziness, nausea, stomach cramping. Now since early this week I have developed small raised red spots over my chest and stomach. They are not itchy or spreading to other extremeties, but do not seem to be disappearing. Moreover, many stretch marks are starting to appear on my stomach at a fast rate. Not sure if this is from skin thinning or weight gain. I am really not sure what is wrong with me, but I could sure use some input. What do you think?

The stretch marks sounds like it may be due to the weight gain. Suggest you go to a MD, get blood work and tested to find out what is happening to you and then get treated.

Omega 3 supplement has really helped my rosacea (red spots on face and neck) so maybe it would help you too. Started Udos oil in a smoothie a few weeks ago and can't say enough about it... in addition to my skin looking better, my appetite for snack food, sugar and alcohol have all but disappeared. I am not a huge drinker, but always seemed to want that one drink at about 5pm, and am not comfortable with any daily habit like that.

My nerves are also way better, I feel calmer and more able to handle stress. I read somewhere that if your brain is not getting enough EFA's (essential fatty acids or Omega 3's) from your diet it will continually send signals to keep eating, and I think this makes alot of sense. Anyway, it's helping me and my kids, we all feel better!
