It’s clear that more drugs and more medical care are in most people’s future unless more personal responsibility is take to change to a healthier lifestyle…and the sooner, the better

Walking at a moderate pace for 30-60 minutes at a time burns stored fat and builds muscle, thereby increasing metabolism and weight loss.  Saying “NO” to fast food improves overall nutrition and contributes to conscious eating.  Two simple starters:  What else could you do?
