Hi please i dont want i diet!! but..

Hi i have hypothyroid and i just get lost with the way im eating.
I want a daly program for eat in helthy way how much are the correct proportion of foods during the day and how can i find a valanced way to eat incorporate all that my body needs during the day.
Please send me  a program for a helthy way to eat

Just add plenty of veggies, fruit, and fiber to your diet. Avoid red meat, eat meats like chicken, turkey, and fish like tuna. There really isn't a set diet for a low thyroid. I have heard from naturopaths that the more colorful the foods are, such as greens, yellows, and such, the better they are, stay clear of the whites, such as bleached flour, etc.
