I feel sick after eating anything, plus I don't feel as hungry as I used to!

I am a 17 y.o. Australian who did, or rather, does not have a good diet. Lately I've been feeling sick after eating almost anything...soup, eggs, cereal, sausages, tarts, pretty much everything! Also I never feel very hungry, as in I'll eat something small, and I'll feel as though I've eaten a 500 gram rump! I also don't like a lot of dairy products, namely milk  and cheese. I have Aspergers Syndrome, and from the little I know about it, it can affect my eating, but I don't know whether it has anything to do with this...

My diet consists of:
Soft Drinks...litres of them!
Chips
Bread
Peanut Butter
Nutella
Meat
More meat
Icecream

I don't feel comfortable about telling my doctor about all this, does anyone have any suggestions about what it may be?

Very Worried Queenslander.

You NEED to try eating a few more veggies.... Have you ever tried a veggie burger? You might like it. I'm willing to bet money that you feel full all the time from the soft drinks. I'd try drinking a glass of water in between every pop you have so your body can metabolise properly instead of filling up with sugar and gas. Also I know that bread, as much as I am a bread fan, is evil, the more you eat the more you crave, so maybe try eating fruit or salad with croutons instead of toast and peanut butter once in a while. You dont have to completely overhaul your diet to feel better, just small changes here and there.

Have you had your stomach checked out by a doctor? When I was about 12 I had something like this which turned out to be mild gastritis. With a careful diet it went away ok.

I adore toast and peanut butter! But I only ever eat good wholemeal bread, which is nutritious, and also eat all fruits and vegetables, plenty of fibre, drink lots of water. If you hate water, why not try sparkling water?
Eat honey (good honey) instead of sugar. It tastes nice, and gives you an energy boost, and is VERY easy to digest.

If there was nothing physically wrong with your stomach (you'll have to find that out first) or liver, pancreas, or any other health issues etc....then a couple of days fast on water, brown rice, and fruit only would help clear out your system, give you better energy levels, and clean out your guts.
You'd be amazed at the rise you will get in energy and mood!
It could be you are taking too much fat on board. Honey will help with that too. You could try honey and a little lemon juice or grapefruit juice let down with either hot or cold water first thing in the morning, and see if that helps you feel any better?
