I got a tingling feeling in my left foot and then my right foot went away for 1 day after a week of that feeling then came back but now in my legs up to my abdomen area
Im very worried I dont have pain exept when i walk outside without shoes it feels like im walking on broken glass and my legs feel very heavy I dont know might be a pinch nerve
The symptom of tingling is usually caused by nerve damage or disorders of central nervous system. There are many common causes of tingling sensation in the legs like sciatica, diabetes mellitus, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, circulation problems etc.Vitamin B12 deficiency and overconsumption of alcohol can also cause tingling sensations. A clinical evaluation is very important for correct diagnosis and management. I hope it helps.
Best wishes and regards!
