Is it effective for adults to eat kids vitamins

I buy the Flintstones vitamins for my kiddo and I like these much better than the adult horse pills.  While I assume they are smaller in dose, I am a lot better at remembering to take these as my son gets really into it.  We both have Dino or Pebbles or whatever (I have 2).

Am I just wasting my money or are these providing any real value?

Gymdandee's right!  They aren't providing any real value for your needs.  At our age and because we're female, we need higher counts of calcium and iron, just to name a few.  While it doesn't hurt to take the kids' gummy vits, its a waste.  I've noticed more vit. manufacturers marketing adult gummies and chewables, like Viactiv, that'll be more beneficial.
