Is there such a thing as taking too much B 12?

Is there such a thing as taking too much B 12?

I just read a post about Vitamin B6 toxic levels and people having problems ...
Is there such a thing as this happening from B 12?
And does this mean I should not inject B 6?

There are no know cases of B12 toxicity as the body excretes the excess uneeded amounts of B12. Only some vitamins can become toxic, not all. B6 on the other hand, if doses taken of 2 to 10 grams can cause toxicity (night restlesness, tooo-vivid dreams, numb feet, and twitching) Doses of B6 are not meant to be over 500mg.

I am new to this site but i found a good article talking about b12 that might be helpful.
I was a vegan for years and gave myself b12 shots to make sure i had enough. I went back to some meat and fish later on and now going back again.
The best way is sublingual, or under the tongue dissolving quiclky into the blood stream.
They say 100 mcg is enough for a day but i have done much higher doses and felt fine.
