LDL and Triglisiroids

I am 65 years.  At present I am  a moderate diabetic and hypertensive.  Doctor observes my LDL and Trigligiroids more than required levels.  Presently, taking tonact 40 one tab and niacin 1 tab daily.  Presently total cholesterol is 136, trigliroids 126 and LDL 111.  kindly advise further.

Do you mean triglycerides?  Those usually come from eating foods containing hydrogenated vegetable oils, which should be avoided.  Your total cholesterol would include HDL and triglycerides, so it's much higher than 136.  I think you need a better explanation from your doctor.  You look like borderline high, but it's hard to tell from your data.  Unless you have a high risk of heart attack, wouldn't personally take meds for this problem, I'd use diet and natural ways of reducing cholesterol.  The meds tend to interfere with the absorption of fat soluble nutrients, which also protect the heart, so it's not so clear it's beneficial.  But that's just my opinion.  What's important is not how high your cholesterol is necessarily but whether or not it's oxidizing, which makes it stick to the sides of your blood vessels as plaque.  Taking antioxidants in your diet prevents this, which means the usual stuff people tell you to eat -- lots of colored veggies, mostly, and soluble fiber such as that found in oats and legumes.  You should also start taking fish oil or flax seed oil to get the HDL, or good cholesterol, up -- it keeps the stuff moving so it doesn't stick.  You really need some nutritional advice and a clearer understanding of cholesterol.
