It's sound very unhealthy. No nutritional value whatsoever. She may lose weight but she will be tired, cranky and malnurished.
She should try juicing - you use vegetables and fruit and it's very nutritious.
cons:
unbalanced, insufficient combo of a few random foods and spices
won't cause you to lose weight an appropriate or lasting way - you'll just gain it right back once your diet is over and your body normalizes again.
gets you in an "instant results" mindset that is both misleading and at times is downright dangerous to your health depending on which crazy fad diet you're following.
