Loose weight and lean

I'm looking to loose weight/ body fat % and lean I have a realistic goal of 10 weeks,  who knows the healthiest way of doing this

Go to the gym or start a new sport, do cardio (running, swimming etc.) and lift weights. Eat healthy and much protein (otherwise your body will start burning muscles) your calories intake should be less than your outtake. Loosing 2 pounds per week is a healthy weight loss
