I have high metabolism - I noticed this because a little while or straight after I eat, my food digests pretty quickly. Im guessing this is why I'm not putting on any weight. I'm really skinny but not anorexic skinny. Im 15 years old and just want to know how can I put on weight without having to worry about my food being digested really quicky?
Oh and I'm pretty sure this is a genetic thing because mostly everyone in my family has it. Except i'm the skinniest of them all.
I've looked on the internet and it says I should increase my daily calorie intake but I can't handle so much food at once really..
