Low B6 diet suggestions - I'm starving!

I'm experiencing neurapathy, due to toxic levels of B6.  In addition to stopping all B6 supplements, I have to cut out B6 as much as possible in the food I eat.  I already know the things I'm supposed *not* supposed to eat.  What I don't know/have is some good suggestions on what I can eat.  I've pretty much been starving for the last 10 days.  And slight food deviations have noticeably resulted in worsening neurapathy symptoms.  So:

1) What foods have worked for people in this situation before?  For Snacks?  For Dinner?

2) It looks like freezing and boiling may be helpful in removing B6 from meat.  What I've read so far has shown a very wide range in the percentages lost however.  Does anyone have better details on this?  Perhaps one kind of meat loses B6 more easily.  Has anyone, with high B6 symptoms, had experience trying these methods for different meats?

3) How has gluten-free worked for people?

4) Have people found that eating earlier in the day helps?  I notice that my symptoms are worse in bed at night.  I don't know if that's from the food I've eaten late that evening or not.  (Not sure how long it takes for ingested food to manifest as symptoms.)

Thanks for any answers anyone can provide!  Low Vitamin B6 cookbook - where are you?
