Macrobiotic diet and Vitamin B-12 deficiency

by william_serg, Mar 24, 2007 12:00AM
Hello,
Anyone out there read the report/study that came out of the Netherlands on the so-called problems related to children on a macrobiotic diet and vitamin B-12 deficiency? I think the study has been mis-interpreted by western medicine but maybe not. How can I make sure I am getting enough B-12 in my diet? Anyone recommend B-12 shots ?

I’ve heard of B12 patch. The Vitamin B-12 Patch is a revolutionary product  developed to supply the body with vitamin B12 needed for.
Increase energy
Restore mental clarity
Help with memory loss
Reduce daily stress and irritability
A friend of mine  told me about the  site  b12patch.com. Try it on internet.
Good luck.

One last thing, some say if you take a b-12 supp you need to make sure to take a multi vit with it

I recommend taking B-complex daily, not just one of the B vitamins, as one B vitamin supports the other and so on...

If you're not a vegan or lacto vegetarian try eating red meat as it is present in them, natural things are better but eat in moderation.
