Need recommendation please for a "best value" multi plus iron that's affordable...

hello,

i have been taking ******* supplements for years and IMHO they cannot be beat.
i am a little strapped this month so i cannot order my Vitalizer or Vita-Lea as i'd prefer.
cvs, walgreen's, etc., have shelves of supplements and this choice sure makes it hard to make the best cost-effective decision.
i see everything from generic rite-aid dailies to theragran-iron to centrum to prescriptives multipacks and nature's made multi packs.  the multi-packs, while the most expensive, of course may not be the best value.
i was just wondering if any folks out there who usually ingest premium vitamins like ******* or Solvay, etc., when either they too are in a pinch or else they just know everything there is to know re: supplementation, may have a suggestion for me re: what to buy at CVS tomorrow.  Theragran with iron is supposed to have a good rep, but i would not be averse to buying one of the multi-packs -- if it's indeed best for my health.

If you can find a cheaper multi-vitamin with iron and has the approximately the same amount vitamins/minerals as your 'order-brand', then buy it. All Vitamins / minerals are the same in compound (the elements that make the vitamin or mineral), however, different companies use different fillers and for shelve life, etc.
