I would think that if you drank nothing but fruit juice it would go straight thru you. Any thing w/ that much fiber will get through you. Fruits contain high amounts of sugar, even if its natural your body will store what it doesnt burn or need. Personally, and this is just my opinion, that is way too much fruit. Try adding some kale or other greens to your mix and only drink them twice a day in addition to a healthy well balanced diet. They arent meant to bulk you up though, excess fruit will just have this effect.
so any improvement? I really should be on your diet. I have the exact opposite problem and my diet mainly consists of fruits, vegetables and soy products. Of course I am pregnant and this slows down your digestive system but how much fruit and veggies can a girl eat??? Maybe I need your recipe for a blender drink?
I know that apples can do that to the BM (and you have those in juice), but make sure to drink water as well. Kidneys are being detoxed, doesn't mean that they are detoxed from alchohol, they are being detoxed from all kinds of toxins present in you blood (kidneys filter the blood, that's why patients with kidney failure have to have dialisys machine do it for them). I think that maybe your intestines are being cleaned out with all the juices.
I had thought that maybe drinking the juice over the day in 2 or 3 goes instead of the one go might be better.
Anyone else have any ideas?
