Night Shift

Night Shift

I am a nurse and am beginning to work rotating shifts- 2 months of 7a-7p and 1 month of 7p-7a (3 shifts a week).  

I would like to know the best way to alter my eating and exercise times to ensure optimal results and continued success with weight loss.  Should I just keep the regular schedule I have been following during the day and simply reverse it for my night shifts???  Thanks for your advice.
