Normal Cholesterol
My family has a history of high cholesterol. What's normal levels for the average 25 year old and at what point should someone start getting concerned?
Depending on who you talk to and when you talk to them! I will say that ("LDL about 0-120") if you are lucky enough to live with an LDL of zero you will be an interesting anomaly! ;-)
In the heart forum we just had an interesting discussion on these numbers. Nobody really agreed with anyone else though we did agree that the numbers are different for those with and without heart issues. djole is roughly correct with his numbers.
