There has been many studies done that have shown that magnesium can eliminate or drastically reduce the symptoms of MVP in many patients.
You could start taking a supplment and still be safe taking up to 200-300% of the RDA. But first check with your doctor if you are taking any meds or have other health problems.
Your docotr will probably tell you that it can't hurt but probably won't do much.
If you look at the symptoms of magnesium defenciy and the symptoms of MVP they are very very similar indicating that people with MVP may have low magneisum levels. Also just because your blood serum levels are normal doesn't mean your cellular levels are normal.
