For anxiety, suggest restricting all food and drink with caffeine such as coffee, teas, chocolate, mountain dew soda, high energy drinks, etc. Read the labels. Suggest practicing stress reducing behavior actions which will help reduce anxiety too. Exercise and especially yoga are great stress reducing practices.
