Nutrition for my Matrix of Conditions

Nutrition for my Matrix of Conditions

I am not overweight (5'8.5", 155), don't smoke or drink and get regular exercise.  I have recently passed a kidney stone.  On top of that in February I had Cholesterol of 308, Glucose of 124, Liver Enzymes of 155.  Now that I have this matrix of conditions I need a diet to intersect them all as I've been dealing with the cholesterol, glucose & Liver with diet & exercise.  I am finding that the things I was happy to eat for my Cholesterol, Glucose & Liver (and I thought generally healthy i.e. bright colored fruits & veggies, edamame, minimal dark chocolate and very little dairy, low fat) are many of the things I can't have for my stone.  The biopsy of the stone has not happened yet, however the Urologist indicates he suspects Calcium Oxalate compound.  I take a daily dose of Serevent, Flonase, Allegra D for asthma/allergies and supplements including Calcium, C, Evening Primrose, Fish Oil, E, D, Potassium in recommended (and no more than) daily requirements.  How can I create the correct eating plan?

Hi jan, Wish i could help but i am in the same boat. Have Diabetes, IBS,Hypothyroid,Osteoporosis,Fybromyalgia,Bladder problems ( sensetive & prone to infections ). In trying to address my Diabetes thru diet, I find that I should not use some of the very foods suggested , in treatment of IBS. I too take ahost of vitamins/minerals and do not smoke or drink. I have recently added /increased my Vit D and am trying to use probiotics and CoQ10, Fish Oil among other things.  I posed the same question under  Nutrition  but no answers yet.
I am wondering if the only way to go is consult a Dietition? When i ask a past Dr.
about that, he replied " No, he did not think that would help " but... from everything I can read, that is exactly what i should do.
Hope we both can benefit from some answers here!
