Nutrition while travelling

Hi
I'm a person with a vegetarian diet. I also take milk and milk products.
I've been finding it difficult to find vegetarian food that is nutritious whenever I'm travelling overseas. What are the things that could supplement bodies need for nutrition.
Also lately I'm feeling that as though I'm running low on blood level in my body. The symptom is whenever I look at my hands and legs I see the veins green in colour a lot more than what it used to appear earlier. why is this happening? Is this some deficiency?

If you are not taking B12 supplements you should start that and also you may have anemia and the one of the best ways for a vegetarian to get iron is through a cast iron skillet or pot. Tomatoes are the best things to cook in these pots as they take a ton of iron out of the pot and into the food.
