Recent, isolated occurrence

Hi,

I am writing for a friend. This question involves a recent occurrence of drug use followed by an isolated incident of a tonic-clonic seizure. S/he consumed ecstasy, did not eat for 24 hrs, was pretty well hydrated, but did not sleep for nearly 36 hours. By the next morning, s/he suffered a seizure which lasted for 1-2 minutes. After the convulsions, s/he was foaming at the mouth, and woke up dazed and confused. S/he was sweating, while also hot/cold at the same time. After a night of long sleep, and well rest, s/he was feeling fine the next day, and ever since then has felt well. S/he has not visited a doctor, but has felt great ever since this incident about 3 weeks ago.
My question was if this one-time seizure was an isolated incident connected to the drug use and conditions mentioned above, or if we should be worried about any sort of long-term effects?

I strongly sure a convulsion bcos of drug s/he took.  I recomended you to bring your friends to hospital or emergency unit bcos any seizure can develop hypoxia. Hypoxia is situation when your brain did not get much oksigen. At the late stage, casualty can dead..
