Salmonella
Does all raw chicken have salmonella? How likely is it that you will contract salmonella if you chew a bite of raw chicken and spit it out?  How soon will symptoms occurs after getting salmonella poisoning?

No, not all chicken has salmonella...You usually will see symptoms anywhere between 6-48 hours after ingesting the bacteria.
