Hi!
Some guidelines can be provided to you, but you must consult a dietician for individual diet counseling specific for you. The diet will keep changing depending on your GFR.
• You must eat only the allowed number of calories and protein.
• You have to restrict your salt and water intake as advised.
• The various electrolytes will have to be adjusted as per your recent blood tests.
• You may be allowed to add simple carbohydrates to your diet for energy.
• According to your weight and weight goals, the amount of fat you can consume will be decided.
It is always advisable to log in what you eat daily so that your dietician can adjust your diet as per your need.
Take care!
