I have just got my blood test results for Vitamin B12 Deficiency - 181 ng/l

Is this a normal level or do I have a B12 deficiency

It seems within normal limits, however, it depends on the test value reference range you received from the lab. It should indicate the reference range and where the test result relates to the range (above, below or within limits). Suggest you ask your MD.
