Vitamins and Ear

Can a vitamin defiency cause spasms of ear muscles and muffled sounds in ear.  What particular vitamin or mineral supplement could help some with that

Generally muffled sounds in hearing mean a high wax content in the ear canal, or it can be an indicator of other degernerative disorders of the inner ear, some serious and some minor.  You should see an ENT and get yourself evaluated.  Vitamins will not "cure" a hearing problem by themselves.  good luck
