Weight Loss Mystery?!?!?

Weight Loss Mystery?!?!?

I'm a 25 year old male who after high school put on some extra weight.  Now, I have been exercising regularly and eating a strict low calorie, but healthy diet.  But I can not seem to put off the weight.  I also have OSA (obstructive sleep anea) and have been noticing lately that my stool has been irregularly thin.  I have been to my doctor and he suggested trying a stool softener but it did nothing.  I have also been taking a lot of probiotics to help my bowel movment.  I have never experienced this before and am wondering if this change in my bowel is causing me to not be able to lose the weight.  Should I go and get this further checked into?   Any suggestions??

If you are exercising, losing fat, and gaining lean muscle; then you will not show weight lose because muscle weights more than fat. As we exercise we build lean body muscle mass which weight more than fat so the scale reflects no weight loss when in fact the body is trimming down fat. Measure your waist and hips as a guide for trimming down. The tape measure will measure loss of inches and your clothes will start to feel looser. Do not get discouraged. As long as the body is toning up, there is weight loss. As for your bowels, suggest using Benefiber which is natural fiber and can be mixed in your food or drink. You will start to move your bowels regularly. Hoped this helped you.
