What is the perfect way to gain weight ?

Hello ! Jumping into subject, i have 180 cm and 65 kg, my goal is to reach 75 kg. But can anyone help me with a program of eating for morning, af noon , dinner and snaks ? And by program i m asking about what meals to eat ?

This is an individual thing, as people don't react the same to foods.  But in general, you always want to eat healthy meals no matter what you're trying to accomplish,  To gain weight, you eat more than you're eating now, but you still eat healthy foods.  You can also gain by doing resistance training and build muscle.
