I do ballet classes every day and I often find myself out of energy too soon. I'm not really sure if it's something I'm eating or not eating. Is there something that I can eat that will help? I heard somewhere that dancers were supposed to eat more carbs than most people is that true? Please help!

You do need carbs to sustain yourself through any type of physical activities. Suggest eating a light meal before you go to ballet and drinking 100% juice at the end to help put carbs back into your muscles from the dancing. Thank you for your question.
