Why do i feel sick after eating

I'm 16 and about a year and a half ago i decided i wanted to lose some weight. I did it very healithy... i cut out snacking and took up swimming and jogging and sit-ups etc. I have got to my target weight about 4 months ago and at 5 foot 8 im 9 stone and i think this is a healthy weight. I do have a smaller appetite than i used to and i haven't been able to manage big meals without feeling really full and sick but for the past month i have been feeling extremely sick after eating any food, it lasts for ages and i can't do anything until it stops. It's making eating a chore, when i used to really enjoy cooking and food and so on... does anyone have any suggestions of what it is or how i can stop it?

A couple of possibilities.  One, when you changed your diet, you stopped eating something or things you were allergic or intolerant to, and now you're adding them back in and your body is rejecting them.  Modern humans force a lot of non-food into their bodies, such as dairy and wheat, that were invented by humans and many of us don't realize until we're older and develop arthritis or auto-immune disorders that we were force-feeding toxic food to ourselves.  Another possibility, given your age, is psychological -- girls your age can become extremely body shape sensitive, and while it appears you did this in a very smart way, there could still be some psychological stuff coming out.  That's how so many young girls and models and actresses develop anorexia and bulimia.  Have no idea if that's what's going on, but just suggesting the possibility.  Doesn't sound like it from your description, but there it is.
