Young, active, healthy eater with High Triglycerides

I am a 23 yr old female, I weigh 135lbs and am 5'7", I'm active and eat healthy, everything whole grain, lots of chicken, fish and "low carb". I'm not a big pasta, bread or rice person and yet I have high triglycerides My LDL= 55, HDL= 88 and triglycerides= 304. I will have up to 4 glasses of red wine through out the week and on Saturday nights is my "fun night" where I go out drinking with friends. I haven't gotten any straight answers from my doctor's office as to what is the route cause of my excessively high level of triglycerides. I just need advice for healthy alternatives to cutting out carbs all together or even if someone could tell me if this might be genetic?

Try cutting down on your alcohol consumption ,,,,,drinking alcohol will shift your blood/sugar levels

I am in the same boat.  I'm 23 and a little heavier, but i work out quite a bit and eat pretty healthy.  Once in a while i do have a burger,ect but thats about it.  I drink just about as much a you do... maybe a drink here or there throughout the week, and perhaps go out for a "fun" night once a week.  All the research I have done says that "heavy" alcohol consumption can lead to high tryglicerides.  I don't think our lifestyle is one that includes "heavy" alcohol consumption.
