When you see your doc ask about Minier's Disease.

It could be caused by any number of things like blood pressure,
Allergies, Anxiety, stress or even drugs or your inner ear. I suggest seeing your doctor. A simple test to see if it's just Vertigo stand with your back facing the corner of a room (not touching the corner) close your eyes and standing in place start marching IN PLACE WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED! Do that for about for about 10-15 seconds and then stop and open your eyes and see if you are in the same spot you started from. If you moved forward a few feet from the starting point then it's your Inner ear and you have Vertigo. The following link will show you an exercise that can help.

All that being said I suggest you see your doctor just to be sure it's nothing
else.
