confused about "calories remaining"
Hi, can anyone explain what does the "calories remaining" mean in my daily diary? summary?
It means you didn't go over calorie limit for the day, which is good and you lose weight.
Means if its a negative value, it means v should burn that many more calories? Like -94 remaining cal, I should burn another 94 calories?
