The mayo clinic website has a nifty tool for calculating your nutrition needs. Don't be put off by the url, you can use this tool for figuring out your maintenance nutrition too, it's not just for weight loss: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/weight-loss/NU00595
Hello there,
Pregnant women need a good diet and since it's hard to keep a good diet with today's processed food i recommend vitamins and minerals supplements. Raw food is better than cooked food, so don't cook your vegetables and eat a lot of fresh fruits.
For the vitamins supplement i recommend a multi-vitamins/minerals like Centrum + a good vitamin C ( 1,000mg with calcium ) + a vitamin B complex. Consider Green+ or SuperFoodRX as a daily intake too which is rich in nutriments.
Please consider that I'm not a doctor nor a nutritionist therefore i recommend you ask a doctor what would be a good intake for your age/weight.
Best regards,
M4
