i have fibromyalgia and arthrits and need to lose weight what exercise should i do

Non-weighbearing exercises are great.  Swimming and water aerobics, bike riding, yoga, pilates are wonderful.  Walking pretty good.  The elliptical machine is good.  Many gyms have low-impact classes.  The "Silver Sneakers" programs are great for seniors, but anybody can join in.  They utilize a chair for balance and making it easy on joints.
