I take low gi foods, and follow 2000 calorie diet. Do very light exercises like walking. Still i feel very hungry at night, feels like my metabolism has slowed. Need help because i over shoot my calorie requirement and gain weight
I love to snack at night too. It is my hardest time, so I save up some calories to snack. I love frozen berries and if I eat them frozen it slows me down. Also, when I am totally out of calories for the day but still hungry, I have 1 teaspoon of low cal metamucil. It fills me up for longer. Sometimes I blow it, ok, honestly I blow it 3 out of 10 times, then for every bad thing I eat, I make myself do 15 minutes of cardio the next day. One day I had to go for a very long walk! Good luck, 1 day at a time!
